  1. To upgrade from a older version of CALENDAR, simple replace CAL.EXE      
  2.  
  3. In the registered versions, pressing "Fxx" will print out month xx
  4. (if you do not have an F11 and F12 key, Shift F1 & Shift F2 will
  5. print November and December, respectively).

  7.       Here are all the official calendar releases with revision list:

  9.  5/25/92   v1.2   - *Registered* versions now allow individual months
  10.                     to be printed
  11.  5/14/92   v1.11  - Registered versions display "Thank-you" message,
  12.                     pauses, and clears screen.
  13.                   - Unregistered versions now print an unregistered
  14.                     message on printouts.
  15.                   - "Initializing Printer" message now appears before
  16.                     a printout -- on a Postscript printer with HP
  17.                     emulation, if it is in Postscript mode, it can
  18.                     take awhile before a printout begins.  Before,
  19.                     the status line went blank, and it looked like
  20.                     the program had locked-up.  This now erases all
  21.                     doubt of a "lock-up".
  22.                   - <ALT P> now prints instead of <SPACE>; there have
  23.                     been some complaints that the space bar is too
  24.                     easy to hit & a calendar may be accidently
  25.                     printed.
  26.                   - Fixed centering on printouts (off-line slightly).
  27.                   - Pressing <ESCAPE> at the end of the current year
  28.                     will allow the user to enter a new year.
  29.                   - Displays messages while waiting for response 
  30.                     on options screen.
  31.                   - Fixed printer bug; on an XT & 286, my error checking
  32.                     to see if the printer is on-line worked.  A different
  33.                     status code was returned on a 386 (I still have yet
  34.                     to test it under a 486), resulting in a DOS "Write
  35.                     Fault Error".  Fixed.

  37.  4/17/92   v1.1   - Calendars can now be printed (through PRN device)
  38.                   - Program will NOT run unless configuration file 
  39.                     is present.
  40.                   - No bugs were fixed simply because none have been
  41.                     reported.
